Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Once your package is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. You can monitor your package's journey at any time.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dewy Skin Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
